My Brewery is a single tier "Brutus" Style all grain stand. It has 3 60K BTU propane burners, 2 Chugger Pumps and automated temperature control of the Mash Tun and HLT. It's capable of brewing 20 gallon batches.
I have 2 freezers that I use for fermenting and serving my beer. A large upright freezer that I use to control Fermentation temperature, and a chest freezer that I converted into a kegerator that holds 4 kegs. They are both controlled by digital temperature controllers.
